I think it’s fair to say that I have a bit of a sweet tooth. As in, if I didn’t have a conscience, I’d probably eat pie for breakfast every day. But I do have a conscience and also know that sugar isn’t great for you so as with everything in life, it’s important to find an optimum. Moderation is key. I could never stop eating sweets though, my life would not be worth living. So my rule: quality not quantity. Good stuff but not too much at a time or at all. I hope these dessert recipes won’t break your calorie bank but will instead make you feel happy. I hear that’s not just me. As for drinks, I love coffee, tea, and wine, sometimes a nice cocktail is great too. So there will be a bit of each here.
