The recipes in this category, you guessed it, are for appies and starters. Which actually might be the same thing, now that I think of it. Oh well! In everyday life, I can’t seem to find the time to do more than a two course meal and dessert ranks a bit higher than appies. So it seems to me that these recipes are uniquely tied into socializing: either you bring it to a friend’s house or make it when you have people over.
